Trip notes

From the club member's GPS log of the trip (4 August 2012), lightly edited, with people's names removed. Conditions may have changed since.

The day started fine and warm but deteriorated to windy with occasional showers on the tops. The bush to the tops is fairly open. The scrub is reasonable, with bits of animal track to follow. Very little snow. The last bit of the route to Trent Saddle is down a scree chute: steepish, but much easier than the surrounding scrub.
