Trip notes

From the club member's GPS log of the trip (5 May 2012), lightly edited, with people's names removed. Conditions may have changed since.

CTC trip. Bush bash down the North Ridge: scrubby at the top for a while, then slow but reasonable going the rest of the way. Got a bit tangled in the gorse out on the flats, so crossed the Otira to get away from it. If the Otira is high, it might be better to bash through the tongue of bush where we first entered the paddocks.
