Trip notes

From the club member's GPS log of the trip (9 April 2007), lightly edited, with people's names removed. Conditions may have changed since.

Party of 2. We started at Kellys Shelter and went over the Kelly Range to Julia Huts on the first day. Arrived just on dark and had to camp, as the hut was full. The next day we had a swim in the hot pools before going up Taipos Breast via the scree just up Mary Creek, down to Campbell Saddle and over Bijleveld Col to camp in upper Hunts Creek. The last day was out down Hunts Creek and Kellys Creek to the car. Drizzle that day, but the others were fine.

The track is truncated, but we arrived at the upper Hunts Creek campsite at 3:10 pm.
