Trip notes
From the club member's GPS log of the trip (27 December 2002), lightly edited, with people's names removed. Conditions may have changed since.
Fresh snow quite low on the tops. A bit worried about the crossing, but it proved OK. Used crampons for half an hour near the top of the pass. Deep fresh snow on the Temple side, and some concern about avalanche danger. Missed the track entrance back into the scrub in the Temple, but the track has been corrected to show where we should have gone.
